This is Susan, our hostess for night 21 in Salinas. She had plans to be at a PFLAG holiday party in Carmel, and in addition to cooking a feast for that party, she picked us up at the end of our walk, and made us some DELICIOUS homemade vegetarian chili, salad, and bread.
